As the chart below emphasises, the number of training hours per capita organised by the cooperative both as external and, most of all, as internal activities,  has more than doubled over the past two years compared to the previous one.

Training has evolved on several fronts, from courses for workers in Cig (Wages guarantee fund) to provide a retraining and a specialisation, to courses on safety both from a management perspective, aimed at the technical staff, and from an operational point of view, aimed at staff working in the yard. Furthermore, several training activities have been organised on the topics of environment, accountancy, management and human resources management, with the business purpose of promoting a higher qualification and a specific professional and personal growth of the cooperative.
