This section shows some example of works carried out in the field of conservative restoration that is to say on the assets protected by the Legislative Decree 490/99. The time frame of these projects begins in the 1980s, together with the rise in Italy of a particular attention for historic buildings and centres, not only in terms of pure conservation but also in terms of return to collective use. This growth of awareness amongst public bodies and privates, found  a suitable enforcement tool in the work tradition of the company and in the total mastery of the technologies, including the latest ones, that Cooperativa di Costruzioni can be proud of. The flagship of the ten year experience acquired is the restoration of the Theatre at the Scala in Milan. A complex delicate difficult project, carried out with timings and methods that fill us with pride. Amongst the other restoration works it is worth mentioning the Uffizi in Florence and the Hertziana Library in Rome.
